In 1850 Müller Brot was founded by Helmut Müller. At first the dough was made by hand and the bread was baked in a stone-oven. Since 1900 the dough were knead by a machine. The production becomes more automatized. The product “Müllers Brot” sells very well without any big advertising, because of the good quality. Therefore is is the most known product of Müller Brot. The bread were deliverd by rail to the industrial cities of Germany.
After the 2. World War Müller Brot sells his products even til north Germany, because of the great deamnd of bread. In 1965 the company bought 2 mills in Frankfurt, to increase the production and the turnover. Moreover Müller Brot undertake another bakery in Berlin.
In 1983 the bakery in Frankfurt get a new production hall with 1500qm. Today the company is leading by the third generation of the family Müller.
