Hi everybody. I was doing my usual net stuff (checking mail, looking at a couple sites, reading news), when it suddenly starting going slow, then my McAfee Anti Virus windows pops up saying:
    Detected File name:
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\sysconf.exe

    Virus name: Morphine

I tried to clean it, and it couldn't. Then I tried to delete it, and it says it did, but the box keeps popping back up, and the file shows back up a few moments later. Can ANYBODY PLEASE tell me how to get this off of my computer? I've done a few searches on this name, but nothing really showed me how to do cure this. PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance!

    This should do the trick...

To turn off Windows XP System Restore

    1. Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer
    2. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
    3. Click the System Restore tab.
    4. Check the "Turn off System Restore" or "Turn off System Restore on all drives" check box as shown in this illustration:
    5.Click Apply.
6.As noted in the message, this will delete all existing restore points. Click Yes to do this.
    7.Click ok
8.Scan your system with Mcafee to clean the virus, and when the virus is removed, restart your computer, and turn system restore back on.Hope this helps?PEACE!!!!!!!!!!
