The WinCE CAB Manager is the ultimate utility for developers of applications designed for the Windows CE operating system. The most important change in version 3.0 is official support for Microsoft Windows Vista (32-bit only). Previous versions would install under Windows Vista, but fail to run if hardware-based Data Execution Prevention was enabled in the system BIOS. Previous versions were also found to have problems with registration: The registration keys would occasionally stop working, reverting back to demonstration mode only. These problems have been resolved in the version 3.0 release.
