  • Spyware Problem - Desktop verschwindet!

    bite helft
    ich hatte for 1 woche das selbe problem und muste alles formatier (alle daten am arch )
    und da komt es schon wieder
    Problem
    mein deskop ist weg da ist nur so eine rotes bild wo draufsteht kaufen sie dieses anty spyware produkt und meine linke maustatse geht auf demdeskop nicht mehr
    und dieser link ist auch noch da hxxp://wxw.smart-security.info/?affid=27
    k.a was des is
    ich hab mit folgenden progs gescant
    norton anti virus 2005 (up to date )
    ad-aware (up to date )
    die haben was gefunden und geleocht aber das problem ist immer noch da :mad:
    und meinen pc neustarten tu ich nicht weil das hat letztes mal alles zernichtet :(
    bitte helft bin verzweifelt

    ps: das letzt was ich gemacht hab war eine serial bei astalavista suchen

    Bevor Du Dein System nochmals mit Viren +Spyware Progi durchscannst, deaktiere zuvor die Systemwiederherstellung.
    Ist diese Deaktiviert scanne das System mit den beiden Progis, die gefundenen Resultate löschen, Neustart, Sxstemwiederherstellung wieder aktivieren.


    PS: Bei dieser Methode gehen Deine Wiederherstellungspunkte zwar verloren, aber Dein Rechner läuft wieder einwandfrei.

  • geh mal in die Systemsteuerung->Anzeige->Hintergrund in dem Reiter einfach mal einen Neuen aussuchen....auch auf "Desktop anpassen" mal klicken und gucken was da so steht

    ODER/UND

    Strg + Alt + Entf und dann unter Prozesse mal den Explorer.exe abschiessen, und dann mit Datei->neuer task(ausführen) explorer.exe neustarten..

    EDIT:
    Desktop anpassen->Web dürfte vielleicht ganz intresant sein, dort sollte nichts angewählt sein...

    und probier mal HjackThis oder wie das heißt...

  • hijack this hab ich auch schon ausprobiert und auch das mit dem explorer neustarten
    bei web steht auch nix
    das problem ist ja wenn ich
    systemsteuerung>anzeige>deskop
    gehe kan ich einfach nichts anklicken reagirt nicht also bleibt der alte hintergrund


    immer noch verzweifelt :(

  • nur so ne frage, um dieses problem in der zukunft zu vermeinden: mit was für einem browser bist du in astalavista rein gegangen? wenn es der Internet Explorer war, dann könnte es sein, dass du dir von irgendsoeiner serialz-seite ein Virus (oder ähnliches) runtergaladen hast.... als alternativen Browser empfehle ich dir Mozilla Firefox (mozilla.org).

  • ich benutzte firefox und im abgesichertem modus hab ich auch schon vercuht
    und als virus wird es nicht angzeigt also nicht geloecht

    kent jemand ein prog wo man schanpchuese vom desktop machen kan
    da koent ihr euch ja ein bild davon machen
    hier mal eine klien lsite was ad-aware alles so immer wieder findet

  • Hallo hatte ein ähnliches oder sogar das gleiche Problem. Bei mir wurde der Bildschirm schwarz und es stand so was, glaube in gelb, vonwegen ich soll mir ein Antispyware Programm kaufen. Und am rechten unteren Rand kam dan so ein Symbol mit einem Ausrufezeichen drin.
    Also ich hab mir Spybot-Search & Destroy , Ad-Aware und CounterSpy heruntergeladen und dann den PC mit allen Programmen untersucht und natürlich auch einen Virenscan durchgeführt. Und dann haben diese Programme dutzende Sachen gefunden und ich hab alles gelöscht und nun gehts wieder.

  • so hab mal alles drchlaufen lassen und der deskop ist wieder da und fast alle funktionen
    einea sache fehlt noch wen ich
    rechtsklick>eigenschaften>desktop
    klicke und meinen hintergrund wechseln will gehts es nich ich kan keine andere hintergrunde anklicken
    fazit das prob ist teilweise weg

    immernoch verzweifelt :(
