Firefox, AntiVir, ZoneAlarm, Netzwerkkarte tot - Virus/Trojaner PatchLoad schuld? geschlossen

Hallo IT-Spezialisten im FSB,

ich habe seit ein paar Tagen massiv Probleme mit Sicherheits-SW, Firefox und seit gestern auch mit dem Internetzugang.

Angefangen hat es mit AntiVir und Zonealarm. Bei Antivir kann ich den Guard nicht mehr starten und keine Updates machen, ZA startet zwar als Autostart aber das Programm selbstkann ich nicht mehr öffnen. Zuvor war ich im Internet während AV das System scannte. Überraschenderweise schlug das Programm häufig an. Meist war es "W32/PatchLoad.A". Das nächste war das Internet. Ich suchte mit FF in Google nach dem Problem. Bei klick auf das Suchergebnis öffnete ein neuer Tab mit einer anderen Seite, nicht der, die aufgerufen wurde. Anscheinend springen alle Links mit dem Suchbegriff "W32/PatchLoad.A" direkt auf andere Seiten. Normale Suchlinks öffneten ganz normal.

Ich versuchte es mit Programmen wie Malwarebytes, OTL oder ComboFix. Alle starteten und brachen so nach 10-20 sec. ab. Danach waren sie nicht mehr startfähig.

Im abgesicherten Modus konnte ich nach Neuinstallation von Malwarebytes dieses starten und die Funde reparieren. Hier das Ergebnis:

Schreibe gerade vom Laptop, der geht wenigstens. Der infizierte Rechner scheint immer langsamer zu werden.

vorab erst mal eine Info, dass man immer nur ein Antivirenprogramm installieren soll, weil sich mehrere meist "behaken" und es auch sonst zu Problemen/Abstürzen/Systemverlangsamung kommen kann!!!

aber ich will gar nich näher eingehen auf dein infizierte System, denn auf Grund von:

einige Trojaner werden verwendet, um verschiedene Bankinformationen vom Benutzercomputer zu stehlen. In der Regel kann die Arbeit dieser Schadprogramme visuell nicht beobachtet werden und ist deshalb auf dem Opfer-Computer von Virenprogrammen schwierig zu erkennen. Außerdem benutzen diese Programme Rootkit-Technologien zum Selbstschutz, um ihre ausführbaren Dateien und Prozesse zu verstecken.

dein PC wird ganz sicher von aussen überwacht und gesteuert!

alles deutet auf gefährliche Infizierungen hin!
- Beide Antivirenprogramme wurden lahm gelegt.
- Umleitung auf andere Internetseiten
usw.

Es können bereits Dateien manipuliert bzw. auch aus dem Netzt nachgeladen worden sein!

Ändere unbedingt alle deine Passwörter und versuch erst gar nicht dein System wieder zu säubern mit irgendwelchen Removal-Tools, sondern setze dein kompromittiertes System unbedingt neu auf!!

dein system ist komprimiert,soll heißen um format c (neuinstallation kommst du nicht herum.

es sei du eist ein sauberes backup.

und wie mein vorgänger schrieb 2 vieren wächter bringen nichts ,behindern sich nur gegenseitig.

merke viel hilft nicht immer viel.

Dank mal an euch beiden,

ich hab verstanden was mir bevorsteht.

Ihr schreibt von 2 Antivirenprogrammen. Ich hab nur AntiVir, ZoneAlarm ist doch eine Firewall. Ich weiß von keinem 2. Das ist mir schon bekannt, dass nur ein Virenprogramm laufen soll.

Inzwischen fiel mir auch auf, dass bei Klick auf das Netzwerksymbol rechts in der Taskleiste weder Daten gesendet noch empfangen werden. Beide Werte stehen auf Null.

Ich habe erst mal das Netzwerkkabel entfernt um nich noch mehr Schaden anzurichten.

Dann weiß ich wohl was ich die nächste Zeit mache.

Es sieht nicht gut aus mit deinem Rechner

Die infizierten Dateien wurden dir ja schon genannt. Dein eigentliches Netzwerkproblem ist aber ZoneAlarm. Das hatte ich letztens auch mit dem Laptop einer bekannten. Da ging auch nichts mehr. Nur ab und an mal, aber ganz sporadisch war mal 1 oder 2 Minuten direkt nach Neustart eine Verbindung da. Ich konnte aber keine falsche Einstellung oder so etwas finden. In den installierten Programmen tauchte ZA nicht mehr auf. Es gab aber Hinweise auf ZA in der Registry

Entweder hatte man versucht es zu "löschen" an statt zu deinstallieren oder die Deinstallation ist schief gelaufen. Habe einige Hinweise darauf auch im Netz gefunden. Dann habe ich das System auf einen knappen Monat vorher zurück gestezt, siehe da, es grinste mich ZoneAlarm an. Das hatte irgend einen Fehler verursacht, der dann das Netzwerk blockiert hat. Ich habe dann nach Internetrecherchen über ZA den Mist deinstalliert und alle Einträge in der Registry gelöscht. Siehe da, Laptop wieder wie neu

Aber bei dir sollte auf alle Fälle auch das System richtig durchgekehrt werden. Am besten wäre es, Daten die wichtig sind sichern, C formatieren und eine saubere Neuinstallation. Dann laß aber auch den ZA Sc... weg, die FW von Windows reicht. Dann AV wieder drauf und freuen. Ich kann übrigens Kaspersky Internet Security sehr empfehlen. Kostet zwar ein paar Euros, aber ist eine gute Software. Dann kannst du auch die Win-Firewall deaktivieren

Zone Alarm gibbet in verschiedenen Varianten und es ist nicht erkennbar, welche du benutzt. Deshalb war ja auch nur sicherheitshalber erwähnt, dass sich 2 Antivierenprogramme gegenseitig stören könnten.

Inzwischen habe ich den AntiVir deinstalliert und nur noch den ZoneAlarm Free Antivirus + Firewall laufen. Funktioniert seitdem auch prima ohne dieses Problem.
