Hast du auch den weiteren Aspekt im Beitrag "Lizenz abgelaufen" ausprobiert?
Mit dem Löschen der cache.db solltest du beim Programmstart erneut aufgefordert werden, die Seriennummer einzugeben. Zitat von adobe.com:

3. Locate and remove any remaining cache.db files:

* On Windows, the cache.db file is located in Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache
* On Mac OS X, the cache.db file is located in Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD/cache

Important: After you delete the cache.db file, you must re-enter the serial numbers for your other existing Adobe products.

Achja, ich fand eine erweiterte Liste für die hosts-Datei - wobei ich nicht 100% sicher bin, dass es bei den weiteren Einträgen nur um Adobe geht...
