Navigon regional maps of Navteq and TeleAtlas for 2008

sorry, i can't speak German too much
I'm looking for regional maps of Navteq and Teleatlas dated as of 2008.

NAVTEQ:
BeNeLux Release 2008
British Isles Release 2008
Nordics Release 2008
France Release 2008
Spain and Portugal Release 2008
Italy Release 2008

Teleatlas:
Maps of North and South Europe 2008 for NAVIGON 3100|3110

I already have:
Map of Western Europe Release 2008 for NAVIGON 2100
Map of East Europe and Austria 2008
Map of DACH 2008

Anyone willing to help, please?

P.S. Anyone knows how to run MN6.5.x for PNA on VGA PDA device?

actually there is no possibility to use reality view on a PDA. (i am talking about Version 6.5.x) .
