Navisoftware für Laptop Suche iPhone

Hallo!!
Kennt jemand eine GPS Navisoftware fürs Laptop ? Unter Win XP hatte ich map&guide 13 und Travelbook . Jetzt nutze ich Vista und habe noch nichts brauchbares gefunden . Soviel ich weiss gibt es beim neuen map&guide noch keine Sprachausgabe
