Overclocking an Intel Pentium M (Centrino) Processor from 1,7GHz @2GHz? Frage

Good evening guys,
I have a problem by overclocking my Intel Pentium M Centrino CPU @1,7GHz.

First some information: Core speed: 1700MHz
Multiplier: 17
Bus Speed: 100MHz
Rated FSB: 400MHz

Chipset: i855PM
Southbridge: 82801DB (ICH4-M)

It is a notebook!!! Please don´t say that overclocking a notebook is not a good idea because of loosing garanty and overheating!
I want hust to overclock my 1,7GHz CPU @ 2GHz! But how? About the bios there is no way.. I have tested many programs like clockgen etc.
I do not know my pll. I have read something about pin mod, but maybe it gives another way to overclock my cpu!

PS. Wundert euch nicht, dass mein Thread englisch ist! Ich war bloß zu faul ihn zu übersetzen und habe ihn, weil ich in einem englischen Forum einen ähnlichen Thread aufgemacht habe, einfach hierher kopiert!

overclocking a notebook is not the best idea you can have. as you have already noticed, most of the overclocking-utilities (such as specific points in the bios, are disabled.
that makes it hard to overclock the CPU.
i dont know whether there are any tools (windows/unix) that allow you to overclock your CPU (and if, they will only have effect after starting them, means loading "drivers").

also gehts bei mir auch auf deutsch weiter:

ich halte nicht allzuviel von den tools, mit denen man den cpu übertakten kann. ich glaube auch, dass genau aus diesem grund, also durch anwenderübertaktung die das gerät schädigen können, die funktionen im bios absichtlich deaktiviert sind.
ausserdem ist, wie gesagt, notebook übertakten äusserst gefährlich. nicht, weil du nur die garantie verlierst, sondern weil die dinger dann auch in ihrem wärmehaushalt durcheinandergebracht werden.
so kann sein, dass der standard-lüfter einfach nicht genug "zug" hat, um die wärmere luft nach draussen zu bringen. so wird dein gerät immer wärmer und wärmer, und wenn du dann mal 10-12h am tag laufen hast, geht das auf dauer stark an die haltbarkeit.
glaub miir, ich spreche aus erfahrung. ohne zusätzliches modding wie neuer kühler, stärkerer lüfter usw, machst du nur was kaputt. und davon ahst du nix, auch wenn die grantie eh schon rum ist. dann lieber nen lahmen notebook als nen kaputten.

bei mir war das so, dass nur die festplatte defekt war, und nachdem diese ersetzt wurde, war die neue deutlich wärmer als die alte. hat man selbst durch anfassen gemerkt.
letztlich ist das ding dann den hitzetod gestorben.

also nochmal:
überleg dir das wirklich gut, 300mhz sind schon ne dolle sache, die sich extrem auf die hitzeentwicklung deines geräts ausüben.
dann ist auch nixmehr ohne verbrennnungen auf den oberschenkeln, wenn du das ding ne weile auf dem schoß hast
