Angepinnt Special rules

hi,
as we see in the German pendant, we need some special rules in the forum for Critique & Suggestions.

1. Please always use search-function first.

2. If you have an suggestion which you think is possible to implement and also has vantages for the forum, please try to post it easy to understand and so that everybody understands what you want to change.

3. If you have personal problems with a moderator or something like this please use private messages.
