  • smartFTP starten?

    Hi,

    habe den smartFTP installiert und auch connected mit einem server, bin jetzt an den files dran aber es startet nicht, was muss ich denn machen????????:confused:

  • In der Toolbar (oben) findest Du ein Icon, das aussieht wie ein offener Ordner mit einer Lupe davor. Das ist der "Local Browser". Klicke dieses Icon an und es öffnert sich ein Browser-Fenster, dein Desktop (Festplatte). Öffne dort den Pfad/Ordner, wo Du die Files vom Server hinverschieben möchtest. Ziehe jetzt per "Drag and Drop" die Dateien/Ordner von Server-Fenster in dein lokales Fenster.

    Wenn es immer noch nicht geht, versuche mal Deiteien/Ordner von einem öffentlichen Server (legal :D).

  • hhmmm, irgendwie krieg ich das net hin. Hab alles so gemacht, nur lassen sich die files net in den Odner z.b. smartftp ziehen.

    Hab noch die tools bar aufgemacht und wollte auch von da starten, wie geht denn das von diesem ort??????:D

  • So hier, damit ist es am einfachsten:



    1.1 Direct Download - Popup Menu

    - Select item(s) (files or/and folders) you want to download.
    - Right mouse click on selection then choose Download->Direct->Select Folder in the popup menu.




    Browse for Folder

    Select the folder you want to download the files. You can also create a new folder by clicking on"New Folder".
    Press "OK" to start the download




    1.2 Direct - Drag & Drop to Local Browser

    - Open Local Browser (Menu: FTP->Localbrowser or Ctrl + L)
    - Select item(s) (files or/and folders)
    - Drag item selection and drop it in the Local Browser window.




    1.3 Direct - Drag & Drop to MS Windows Explorer

    - Open MS Windows Explorer (Start->Run and enter "explorer")
    - Select item(s) (files and/or folders)
    - Drag item selection and drop it in the Local Browser window.

    Possible Problem File did not get transfered and a "SMARTDROP" folder is created instead.
    Reason The "SmartFTP Hook" dll (SmartHook.dll) is not correctly installed and registered.
    Fix Uninstall and install SmartFTP from the official setup. Restart your pc before you start the installation.
