also sehr schön is auch "ball bearing", eigentlich Kugellager, übersetzt in einer koreanischen Gebrauchsanweisung als "kleines rundes Sofa".

Whats the problem? The salesman could have answered: "Of course it's 100% watch!" :D

"it`s me sausage" >> is ma wurscht ^^

That's really cool because it actually makes sense since a lot of people say "me" instead of "my", so that the sentence means "it's my sausage"^^. (But maybe you've known that already and thats actually the reason you've posted here, dunno^^)
